Housing services distribution across Bahrain in full swing

The distribution of 6,800 housing services to citizens is in full swing. Following the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning is continuing procedures to distribute housing services in Salman City, East Hidd City, and East Sitra City projects.

The ministry said that housing unit distribution plan is being implemented at an expedited pace to meet the deadline of the end of February next year. The ministry is also continuing to provide housing financing to citizens who have applied for financing options through Tas’heel programme, including Tas’heel Aqari (real estate), Tas’heel Ta’awon (collaborative), and Al Bayt Al Oud (family house); in addition to financing for new categories of beneficiaries.

It said detailed information will be provided to citizens regarding the location and features of the housing project. They will be informed on legal and financial procedures before receiving their housing units, as well as instructions for moving in and scheduling an appointment to pick up the keys.
