Bahrain King opens command building at Safreh Camp

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Fores, officially opened the command building and new facilities at Safreh Camp.

The inauguration ceremony, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, featured a tour of the camp's new facilities and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque by His Majesty.

Upon arrival, His Majesty was welcomed by General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Interior Minister, and other senior officials. His Majesty emphasised that these modern facilities underscore Bahrain's preparedness to safeguard the nation and effectively address challenges.

During the event, His Majesty recognised the Royal Police Academy's pace sticking team for their remarkable achievement in winning the All Arms International Pace Sticking Competition for the tenth time since 2009.

He praised the collaborative efforts of the Ministry of Interior, Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), National Guard, and National Intelligence Service, acknowledging their dedication to fulfilling their mission. His Majesty affirmed Bahrain's commitment to remaining free, proud, and secure, expressing confidence in the nation's continuous progress and prosperity through the unwavering efforts of its people.
