The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Bahrain, in collaboration with the National Real Estate Data Bank and Information & eGovernment Authority, has launched a revolutionary platform named Aqari that takes the guesswork out of real estate investment.
This first-of-its-kind data bank empowers investors, developers, and government entities with a wealth of detailed information, graphics, and data to make informed decisions about the thriving Bahraini real estate market.
Designed to be a reliable and centralised national repository for real estate information, the Aqari app integrates seamlessly with 12 government agencies, employing Artificial Intelligence to streamline real estate projects’ documentation and execution.
Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa declared the launch a “national trustworthy source of real estate information,” emphasizing its role in boosting investor confidence and attracting both local and foreign capital.
This, he noted, aligns perfectly with Bahrain’s commitment to harnessing digital development for a sustainable and thriving real estate sector. But Aqari isn’t just about numbers and figures. It’s about empowering investors with the knowledge they need to navigate the market with confidence.
