Dr Al-Dhaen hails National Guard’s 27-year legacy as pillar of Bahrain’s security and stability

MP Dr. Maryam Al-Dhaen commended the National Guard as a trailblazing military institution dedicated to safeguarding Bahrain, emphasising its role in preserving the nation’s security, stability, cultural heritage, and developmental accomplishments.

On the twenty-seventh anniversary of the National Guard’s founding, Dr. Al-Dhaen underscored its pivotal significance as a cornerstone of the defence and security apparatus, attributing its success to the steadfast support and royal patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

Expressing admiration for the National Guard members’ capabilities, combat readiness, and their efficiency in fulfilling national duties, Al-Dhaen hailed them as an impregnable defence force, safeguarding the nation’s gains and ensuring the security of its citizens and residents.

She praised the National Guard’s collaborative efforts with the Bahrain Defence Force and the Ministry of Interior, highlighting the effective role they play in enhancing the overall security system.

Al-Dhaen acknowledged the support and attention from the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Under the leadership of Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Chief of the National Guard, Al-Dhaen commended the National Guard for successfully confronting various challenges, defending the nation, and instilling a sense of reassurance in the hearts of citizens and residents.

Emphasising the importance of strengthening cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries, Al-Dhaen highlighted the need for security collaboration and strategic integration to fortify regional security and stability.
