Stage set in Bahrain for Feast of Our Lady of Arabia celebration

The Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia in Bahrain has announced plans for its upcoming feast, the Feast of Our Lady of Arabia, Patroness of the Vicariate. Scheduled for Friday, January 12, the celebration will be preceded by a nine-day Novena, that commenced on Wednesday, January 3, during the evening masses.
The Feast of Our Lady of Arabia represents a harmonious gathering of people from diverse backgrounds, united in faith and unity. The solemn mass, to be led by H.E. Bishop Aldo Berardi, O.SS.T., Apostolic Vicar of Northern Arabia, will be the centrepiece of the celebration. Adding to the festivities, a family day celebration will take place on the cathedral grounds in Awali.
Starting at 8 am, attendees can enjoy a range of activities, including cultural and musical performances, games, and more, throughout the day. The cathedral extends an open invitation to all, encouraging everyone to join in this joyous occasion. It is an opportunity to honour traditions, strengthen faith, and revel in the harmonious spirit that defines this magnificent event, the Feast of Our Lady of Arabia.
