Bahrain hails Egypt on vital nuclear energy project

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday sent cables of congratulations to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi following the commencement of the building foundation of the Power Unit 4 at the Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant.

HM the King and HRH Prince Salman expressed their sincere congratulations to President El Sisi on this occasion, praising this great achievement and vital project, which paves the way for Egypt to enter the era of peaceful use of nuclear energy, in a way that consolidates its leadership and position on the international arena and enhances its development process.

They praised Egypt’s development process, vital projects, and achievements under President El Sisi’s leadership. HM the King and His Royal Highness emphasised Egypt’s effective, pivotal role in the Middle East, describing it as the cornerstone of security and stability in the region.

They expressed Bahrain’s pride in its deep-rooted robust fraternal ties with Egypt, which are built upon solid foundations and enjoy the unwavering support of both countries’ leadership, and growing steadily across various fields. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also sent a similar cable to the Prime Minister, HE Dr. Mostafa Madbouly.
