Bahrain, Korea ties reach new heights

Highlighting the deepening ties between Bahrain and the Republic of Korea, MP Dr. Maryam Al Dhaen, Vice Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs, Defence, and National Security Committee, issued a statement commending the bilateral relations between the two nations.

The statement came following a crucial meeting with a delegation of Korea-Bahrain Parliamentary Friendship Association in the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. The delegation was headed by its Chairperson Ms. Eun-hee Kwon.

During the meeting, AlDhaen emphasized her support for initiatives that contribute to strengthening the bonds between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly Republic of Korea. She underscored the significance of enhancing cooperation across various domains with brotherly and friendly nations, aligning with the royal directives from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Al-Dhaen highlighted the importance of consolidating parliamentary relations as a means of improving the legislative system. The discussions during the meeting focused on ways to deepen the relationship between Bahrain and Korea, emphasizing the need to enhance contributions in the legislative field and exchange experiences.
