Works Ministry completes strategic Budaiya sanitation network project

The Ministry of Works has confirmed the successful implementation of a vital project aimed at establishing a sanitation network in Block 550 of the Budaiya area in the Northern Governorate.

This initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to provide essential sanitation services across various regions and ensure a healthy environment for citizens and residents.

The project, catering to 38 properties in Block 550, involved the construction of main sewer lines spanning 985 meters, along with branch lines covering a length of 219 meters.

Additionally, 134 inspection rooms were built, and comprehensive road paving works were carried out.

Highlighting its commitment to keeping pace with urban and investment expansion in Bahrain, the ministry emphasized its focus on connecting homes and buildings to the sewage network.

This strategic endeavor aims to expand the reach of this crucial service to a wider population.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Works commended the cooperation of citizens and residents in the area, acknowledging their adherence to safety measures and warning signs during the project’s implementation period.
