The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) and the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) collaborated with the Royal Jordanian Air Force to airdrop two aid consignments containing urgent food and medical supplies as part of the “Amr ibn AlAs” Operation, in response to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s directive to provide humanitarian relief aid to the Palestinians in Gaza.
Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of RHF, detailed that the aid consignments were airlifted by two aircraft from the BDF’s Royal Bahraini Air Force, following strict airdropping protocols, and subsequently released by the Royal Jordanian Air Force.
He applauded the efforts of the Bahrain Embassy and Bahraini Military Attaché in Jordan for facilitating the smooth execution of the airdrop operation.
