Bahrain marks HRH Prince Salman’s Crown Prince anniversary

The Kingdom of Bahrain yesterday commemorated the anniversary of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa being sworn in as the Crown Prince.
On March 9, 1999, HHRH Prince Salman assumed the duties of Crown Prince after taking the constitutional oath, succeeding his father, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Royal Highness has spearheaded numerous groundbreaking initiatives, notably the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, aimed at elevating the standard of living for the citizens of the Kingdom.
He has achieved significant milestones across various domains.
On March 11, 2013, HRH Prince Salman was appointed as the First Deputy Prime Minister, tasked with enhancing the performance of executive agencies.
Subsequently, on November 11, 2020, His Royal Highness was appointed the Prime Minister by His Majesty the King.
He actively contributes to bolstering political and economic ties between the Kingdom and its sisterly and friendly nations.
Additionally, he champions initiatives aimed at fortifying Gulf security, fostering peace, and fostering sustainable development in the Middle East.
