‘Ramadan a time for compassion, mercy and forgiveness’

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa emphasised that the holy month of Ramadan is a sacred occasion for compassion, mercy and forgiveness. HM the King highlighted the importance of adhering to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s deep-rooted values of communication and social solidarity, being among the integral parts of Bahrain’s cultural and historical heritage.

HM King Hamad was speaking as he hosted an Iftar banquet, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, at the Al-Raudha Palace yesterday, marking the holy month.

The iftar banquet was also attended by senior members of the Royal Family, who extended congratulations to HM the King on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, wishing him good health, happiness, and long life. They also wished the Kingdom of Bahrain and its loyal people further progress and prosperity under HM’s leadership.

HM the King exchanged congratulations with the attendees, extending congratulations to the citizens and residents on the auspicious occasion. He wished Bahrain, as well as the Arab and Islamic nations many happy returns of the occasion, as well as further progress and prosperity.
