Ambassadors extend warm greetings to celebrate Eid Al Fitr with Bahrain

As Eid Al Fitr fills the air with joy, ambassadors in the Kingdom of Bahrain have extended their warmest wishes to the leadership and citizens in a recent interview with The Daily Tribune, highlighting the strong diplomatic ties between Bahrain and other nations. The envoys commended Bahrain’s welcoming nature and its dedication to humanitarian initiatives during this festive period.
Joyful experience
British Ambassador Alastair Long remarked on his experience during Ram a d a n , stating, “It has been a joy to experience Ramadan in Bahrain. My Embassy colleagues have been welcomed into so many convivial gatherings. It serves to remind, if any reminder were needed, what an open and welcoming place Bahrain is.” He extended Eid greetings to Muslims worldwide, including the UK’s Muslim population.
Joyous occasion
By extending the warm greetings to the leadership, Indian Ambassador to Bahrain, His Excellency Vinod K. Jacob, thanks His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the royal pardon on this joyous occasion. “Eid Al Fitr reminds us of the values of compassion, brotherhood, and togetherness,” he said.
Bahraini hospitality
The US Embassy in Bahrain issued a warm message to the nation on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr. H . E . Chargé d’Affaires David Brownstein extended heartfelt greetings of “Eid Mubarak Saeed” to all Bahrainis celebrating the end of Ramadan.
The statement highlighted the US Embassy community’s appreciation for Bahraini hospitality throughout the holy month. They expressed enjoyment in participating in iftars, majales, and ghabgas – traditional Ramadan gatherings.
Peace and prosperity
In a separate message, Nepal’s Ambassador to Bahrain, H.E. Tirtha Raj Wagle, also extended greetings to the King - dom. Ambas - sador Wagle offered warm wishes to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, the Royal Family, and the Bahraini people. He conveyed happiness, peace, and prosperity for all during Eid Al Fitr, and expressed hope that the spirit of unity and compassion would continue to inspire everyone. On the joyous occasion of Eid Al Fitr, ambassadors from Russia and Japan extended their warmest wishes to the Kingdom.
Happiness and harmony
H.E. Dr. Alexey Skosyrev, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation, sent his greetings through The Daily Tribune, stating, “I would like to extend my warmest and sincerest greetings to H.M. King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, H.R.H. Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the members of the Muslim community of the Kingdom on the blessed occasion of Eid Al Fitr! May this holiday bring happiness and harmony into your homes. Have a joyful Eid!”
Unity and compassion
Ambassador Okai Asako of Japan also sent her greetings, saying, “I have t h e g r e a t honor to extend warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to all Bahraini people and Muslims around the world, on the joyous occasion of Eid Al Fitr. Throughout Ramadan, I had the pleasure of partaking in traditional Bahraini Majalis, Iftars, and Ghabqas, where I witnessed the essence of Ramadan society and generosity. This special time allows us to reflect on the shared values of unity and compassion that both Japan and Bahrain cherish. I wish you a heartfelt and peaceful Eid Mubarak.” Both ambassadors’ messages highlight the importance of Eid Al Fitr and the strong ties between their respective countries and Bahrain.
Bonds of solidarity
“On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, which is a rewarding moment for strengthening our bonds of unity and solidarity by feelings of compassion, peace, and friendship,” H.E. Ambassador of Türkiye, Esin Çakıl, said. She extends her warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to the friendly and sisterly people of Bahrain as well as Turkish citizens living in Bahrain. “I pray to Allah the Almighty that the Eid would bring peace, well-being, and happiness to the Islamic world and all humanity,” she added.
Good health
H.E. A .K.M. Mohiuddin Kayes, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Bangladesh Embassy, offered greetings on behalf of his government and people. He expressed well wishes for peace, prosper- ity, good health, and hap - piness to the Bahraini people, including the Bangladeshi community residing in Bahrain.

On behalf of the Government and People of Malaysia, H.E. Ambassador Shazryll Zahiran extends his warm and joyful greetings of Eid Mubarak to His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa AlKhalifa, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to all the great people of Bahrain.

The unwavering commitment to peace and justice to the people by the leadership of the Kingdom praised by H.E. Ardi Hermawan, Indonesian Ambassador to Bahrain. “I and my colleagues at the Embassy enjoyed visiting the Majlis during Ramadan. Such a n occasion is a reminder of what an open and welcoming place Bahrain is, which Indonesia shares,” he said.

H.E. Saqib Rauf, Pakistan Ambassador, conveyed his warm greetings to everyone in Bahrain, the government of Bahrain, and the leadership for the growth and prosperity for the future of Bahrain.

H.E. Adriano Silva Pucci, Brazilian Ambassador, echoed the sentiment, highlighting the significance of Eid Al Fitr in a global context. “May the holiday bring renewed joys and blessings to the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Muslim world in general,” he said.
“In these challenging times, we Brazilians particularly hope that the spirit of charity inherent in this spiritual celebration serves as a call to peace for all of humanity.” These greetings from the diplomatic community showcase strong ties between Bahrain and other nations.
