‘Emulate tolerance, forgiveness and cooperation’

His Eminence Shaikh Dr. Muhammad Taher bin Shaikh Sulaiman Al Madani yesterday delivered an Eid Al Fitr sermon in Jidhafs, calling upon the citizens to emulate the values of tolerance, forgiveness, and cooperation exemplified by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s royal pardon.
He urged adherence to the teachings of Islam, promoting unity, stability, and mutual support among the people of Bahrain. Shaikh Dr. Al Madani expressed profound gratitude to HM the King for his compassionate initiative in granting pardon to a significant number of citizens.
This royal gesture, he emphasised, had bestowed heartwarming joy upon the nation. Describing the royal pardon as a generous act that touched the hearts of all Bahrainis, especially parents, elders, and children, His Eminence underscored its significance in fostering unity and familial happiness.
Acknowledging the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for providing training programs and employment opportunities to those granted clemency, Shaikh Dr. Al Madani extended his heartfelt appreciation.
Benevolent initiative
He lauded HRH Prince Salman’s commitment to supporting his father’s benevolent initiative and bringing happiness to the beneficiaries and their families. Concluding his address with prayers for the nation’s prosperity and the well-being of its citizens, His Eminence extended warm Eid greetings to HiM King Hamad and HRH Prince Salman, invoking divine blessings upon them and their leadership.
He called for collective efforts to elevate the kingdom, foster unity, and alleviate concerns, in alignment with the spirit of the auspicious occasion.
