NBB Sponsors and Participates in the Color Run Event

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) teamed up with Bahrain Road Runners (BRR) to sponsor and participate in the annual Color Run event held in Diyar Al Muharraq. This highly anticipated event attracts over 1,000 participants of all ages and fitness levels, who come together for a fun 4 km run. Organized by BRR, the Color Run is more than just a race; it's a celebration of community and health. True to its commitment to social responsibility, BRR directs proceeds from all its races to worthy causes. This year, funds will benefit the Bahrain Down's Syndrome Society, the Bahrain Autistic Society, and other initiatives supporting people with disabilities.

Highlighting the importance of the event, an NBB representative told the Daily Tribune, "One of the objectives of this initiative is to engage with the community and promote healthy living." The Color Run wasn't just for Bahrainis; participants from across the GCC countries joined in the colorful fun and expressed their appreciation for the warm Bahraini welcome. NBB's involvement went beyond sponsorship. Bank employees and their families actively participated, adding to the vibrant and joyful atmosphere.
