HM King Hamad, HRH Prince Salman hailed for supporting workers

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received cables of thanks from the Minister of Labour, His Excellency Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, marking Labour Day yesterday.
HM the King and HRH Prince Salman hailed the annual royal patronage of the celebration of Labour Day, held annually on 1 May, in which outstanding workers across various sectors are recognised.
The Minister highlighted the unwavering support of HM King Hamad, and the government’s commitment, led by His Royal Highness to consolidating the value of work ethic and recognising outstanding employees across all sectors, including within the Kingdom’s commercial, economic, and production sectors.
Humaidan commended HRH Prince Salman’s directives in providing Bahraini citizens with job opportunities and the necessary training programmes and requirements needed for their future.
The Minister pledged to continue collaboration with authorities to support the stability and growth of Bahrain’s labour market, by providing job opportunities, and an environment that encourages excellence in line with the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.
He concluded by wishing the Kingdom further progress and development.
The Minister lauded the royal pardon decree of numerous convicts on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty’s Accession, which reflected HM’s commitment to supporting the welfare of citizens.
He also commended the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which have contributed to the integration of those pardoned individuals into society.
