The Public Prosecution Attorney General, His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Fadl AlBuainain, in cooperation with the Information and e-Government Authority (iGA), has announced the rollout of several new electronic services through the national portal of the Kingdom of Bahrain, bahrain.bh.
In alignment with the Public Prosecution’s national strategy for digital transformation, Dr. Al-Buainain emphasised that the transition of these legal services from paper-based to electronic platforms aims to facilitate accessibility for individuals interacting with the Public Prosecution.
Among the newly introduced services are the statement request issuance service, allowing electronic submission of statement issuance requests, and the financial recovery request service, enabling users to seek recovery of financial sums for Public Prosecution case requests.
Users can manage applications and statements related to inquiry about application status, with the option to view and print issued statements conveniently.
Mr. Mohammed Ali Al-Qaed, CEO of iGA, underscored its commitment to launching legal sector services as part of ongoing digital transformation efforts.
He highlighted the collaboration between the Authority and relevant institutions to implement digital processes.
