Regency B beat ART Rotana

 Regency B defeated ART Rotana by 13 runs to qualify for the quarter finals  in the latest round of matches of the Fourth Inter-Hotel Charity Cricket Tournament, 2015 at the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel and Spa recreation area.

Batting first, Regency B were dismissed for just 26 in 5.4 overs with Nasar (15 off 14 deliveries, 2x6) top scoring, with Khawar (two for one) and Nasar (two for none).
ART Rotana in reply were bowled out for only 13 in 4.3 overs with the wickets claimed by man of the match Silva (four for eight) and Imran (two for one).
In another match, Ritz-Carlton B made it to the quarter finals after edging out Movenpick by four runs after being dismissed for  50 in six overs with the main scorers being man of the match Tahir (25 off 16, 5x4) and Iftikhar (21 off 14, 2x6), with Taranga (three for two) the best of the bowlers.
In reply, Movenpick were bowled out for 46 in 5.4 overs despite a fine effort by Priyanta (19 off 6, 3x6) as Hareesh (two for two) returned the best figures.
Tonight the quarter finals get underway at 6pm, with the Semi-finals and Final tomorrow evening at the same time.
All proceeds from the tournament are being donated to the 2015 official charity partner, the Hope Institute.

Other result: Gulf Hotel 59/4 in 6 overs (Sameera 24 off 10, 4x6, Deen 18 not out, 2x6, 1x4, Jamal 2 wkts) bt Majestic Arjaan  by Rotana 57 all out in 6 overs (Omar 28 off 15, 3x4, 2x6, Naeem 2 wkts) by two runs.
