Embassy facilitates repatriation of three Filipino workers
Three Filipino workers in Bahrain with travel bans have been repatriated.
They are Lolita Aquino dela Cruz, 82 years of San Quintin, Pangasinan, Jerson V. Falcone, 36 years old, a native of Mati City, Davao Oriental and Felicitas Gabriel Donbavano, 75 years old of Canlubang, Laguna.
The repatriation efforts were organised by the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Philippine Embassy Manama and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), which worked tirelessly to assist the workers despite the challenges posed by the travel ban.
