The Court of Cassation has upheld a 13-year sentence for an individual convicted of supplying cannabis and psychotropic substances to two children under the age of 14.
The accused, in collusion with his partner, not only supplied the drugs but also compelled the minors into consumption, leading to grave charges of assault and sexual abuse.
From 2019 to 2021, the suspects engaged in a sinister trade, turning their home into a den of vice for the woman’s young son and daughter. They didn’t just cross the line; they obliterated it, subjecting these children to the twin scourges of addiction and moral decay.
Moreover, an associate of the principal offender has also been adjudged guilty of infringing upon the dignity and corporeal sanctity of the young.
Apprehended whilst in possession of narcotics for his own indulgence, he too has faced the rigours of justice. The accused habitually consumed drugs in the children’s presence and enticed them to partake.
