Bahraini Hajj campaigns doubling fees for services

Several Bahraini Hajj campaigns have initiated the payment of doubled fees starting yesterday. This information was obtained by Al-Ayyam.
These fees, aimed at facilitating various services within the holy sites of Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat during this year’s Hajj season, are crucial for the issuance of Hajj licenses.
The current Hajj fees stand at BD188 per pilgrim, marking a significant increase from the previous years’ BD53.
This fee hike is now a requirement for registration in the pilgrimage, underscoring a notable shift in financial obligations for Bahraini pilgrims.
