Karrana infrastructure project gets greenlight

The infrastructure project for Block 460 in Karrana village has been approved.
This was announced by Dr. Sayed Shubber Al Wedaei, Chairman of the Northern Municipal Council and representative of the first constituency.
Dr. Al Wedaei commended the joint efforts of the Ministry of Works and the Municipal Council in finding the most effective solutions for the implementation plan of the infrastructure project in Block 460.
He highlighted the effective work in adopting a series of procedures and administrative follow-up related to the project’s approval within the financial package 2023-2024.
This included studying alternative procedures and exploring practical solutions to expedite the approval of the infrastructure project’s stages, as well as closely monitoring the procedures surrounding the project.
He added that the existing sewage network in Karrana village is outdated and cannot handle connecting the sewage network for Block 460.
Therefore, plans are underway to build a separate network for the block with modern specifications different from the old network.
