Three brothers jailed for brutal road rage attack in Isa Town

It was supposed to be a routine drive for this man and his family. However, in a horrifying twist, he ended up living with a five percent disability after falling victim to road rage.

Three brothers, who assaulted him in a fit of rage, are now behind bars.

The violent incident unfolded on the streets of Isa Town. The incident unfurled when the victim, traveling with his family, found his car abruptly cut off by another vehicle.

The sudden stop caused a collision, prompting the victim to step out of his car to assess the damage. What followed was a shocking display of road rage.

According to court reports, the driver of the offending vehicle, along with his two brothers, attacked the victim in front of his helpless family.

The brutal assault was recorded by the victim’s wife, who, in a desperate bid for help, called the police. Eyewitnesses quickly intervened, preventing the situation from escalating further.

However, the victim sustained serious injuries, including a twisted ankle that forensic reports confirmed resulted in a 5% permanent disability.

The High Criminal Court has since handed down sentences: the primary aggressor received one year in prison, while his two brothers were sentenced to three months each.

Although all three were charged with assault, the lesser sentences for the two brothers reflected their lesser involvement in causing serious harm.

During the investigation, the main attacker admitted to pushing the victim but claimed it was in self-defence.

This assertion was contradicted by the video evidence and medical reports presented in court.

Ultimately, the court’s decision underscored the severity of the attack and the lasting impact on the victim, ensuring that justice was served in this shocking case of road rage gone too far.
