Kingdom takes part in global forum on security and defense

The Kingdom of Bahrain’s delegation, led by His Excellency Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabr Al Dosari, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of its Mission to the European Union, took part in the second edition of the Schuman Forum on Security and Defense.
The event, hosted by the European Union at the European Parliament headquarters in Brussels, saw participation from over 60 states alongside representatives from international and regional organizations.
The forum’s primary aim was to address security and defense issues of mutual interest between the European Union and its global partners.
The agenda covered a range of topics, including strategic partnerships, hybrid security threats, human security issues, the roles of women and youth, environmental considerations within security and defense frameworks, maritime security, counter-terrorism efforts, and sustainable security partnerships.
This participation underscores Bahrain’s commitment to multilateral diplomacy and international cooperation on key security issues.
