Edamah and Y.K. Almoayyed Collaborate on Mixed-Use Development in Hidd

Edamah and Yousuf Khalil Almoayyed and Sons Properties Company have announced their collaboration on an innovative mixed-use development project in Hidd.

Yousuf Khalil Almoayyed and Sons Properties Company acquired the rights to develop the land in a qualified Bid, which is owned by Edamah, through a public tender on the Government Land Investment Platform, marking a significant milestone in public-private sector collaboration.

Edamah Chairman and Mumtalakat CEO His Excellency Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa highlighted the importance of this partnership, stating, “This collaboration between the private and public sectors underscores our commitment to driving economic growth and development in Bahrain.
