Tender Board Opens Bids for Diverse Projects and Services

The Tender Board opened bids for eight new projects and services on Monday. A total of 44 bids were submitted.

The Board opened a tender for consulting services related to the Dilmun Burial Mounds Museum and the preservation of the Royal Burial Mounds and the Pottery Hub. Ten bids were received, with the lowest bid of 79,600 dinars submitted by Al Aali Engineering Consultants.

A tender was opened for the maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical equipment in the Royal Terminal at Bahrain International Airport. Eight bids were received, with DALKIA US CHILLERS SERVICES LLC submitting the lowest bid of 86,124 dinars.

In an effort to reduce water network losses, the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) opened a tender to identify leak locations. Two bids were received, with the lowest from B10 Consulting LLC at a value of 617,833 dinars.

The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) opened two tenders: one for implementing outdoor advertisements for the 2024 Bahrain Festive season in GCC countries, with the lowest bid of 291,929 dinars from Vallay Media International, and another to provide support and development services for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, with the lowest bid of 71,412 dinars from Tech Bay IT Solutions.

The Board opened a tender for Gulf Air to allocate hotels for its premium passengers' layovers in Bahrain. Four bids were received, with the lowest from Downtown Rotana Hotel LLC at a value of 28 dinars.

Bapco Refining launched a pre-qualification tender for maintenance, modernisation, and repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, receiving five bids. Additionally, Bapco Refining issued a tender to purchase communication devices for OT network infrastructure, with the lowest bid of 60,934 dinars from Communication World LLC.

All bids will undergo technical and financial evaluation. The bid offering the best terms and lowest price, while meeting all required technical and financial conditions, will be selected. The lowest price alone does not automatically guarantee winning the bid.
