NBB Group recently organised a training session for NBB and BisB’s Board of Directors and Executive Management on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) adoption in banking.
Led by specialists from Gartner, the interactive session assessed the Group’s AI adoption against industry benchmarks and discussed the utilisation of AI and GenAI to enhance the customer centricity and productivity across NBB Group.
