BNET exchanges experiences with NetLink Trust in Singapore

Bahrain Network (BNET), the national broadband service provider in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently held its first knowledge exchange visit with NetLink Trust (NetLink), the designer, builder, owner, and operator of the fiber network structure of Singapore's Nationwide Broadband Network.

The exchange visit took place at NetLink’s headquarters in Singapore, with participants from across BNET’s various departments.

The visit follows the agreement between both entities to establish an employee exchange program designed to cultivate strong industry relationships and discuss the latest emerging trends and best practices.

The initiative reiterates BNET’s efforts to foster collaboration and synergy with various international national broadband networks.

As part of the visit, NetLink hosted an extensive workshop with detailed sessions that delved into their business model, offering an in-depth understanding of the company’s operational framework.

BNET employees also met with NetLink’s various partners and contractors, offering vital insight into the company’s network of strategic partners.

Furthermore, the participants were taken on a site tour to one of NetLink’s locations, giving them the opportunity to witness the company’s operations first-hand.

Commenting on the visit, Mr. Ahmed bin Jaber Alhogbani Aldoseri, CEO of BNET, said: “We endeavour to keep our employees up to date on global developments in leading telecommunications networks, which strengthens our national human capabilities and competencies.
