In Partnership with Spire NBB Participates in Riffa Views International School Innovation Day 2024

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) partnered with FinTech company Spire to participate in Riffa Views International School’s (RVIS) annual Innovation Day.
The Innovation Day brought together 25 students from Grade 6 to 8 at the school’s Innovation Hub for a day of insightful learning about the growing relevance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in today’s financial sector. To cater to the varying levels of familiarity of banking concepts among the attendees, NBB representatives tailored their sessions to effectively explain each topic. The combined expertise of NBB and Spire fostered a stimulating environment for the students.
NBB’s involvement in the RVIS Innovation Day aligns with its corporate responsibility efforts targeted at fostering financial literacy among the youth. The Bank also plans to collaborate with Spire to host a field trip for RVIS students, allowing them to witness first-hand how AI is implemented within its operations.
By providing youth with in-depth knowledge of the banking sector, NBB remains committed to inspiring the next generation of capable financial professionals who can contribute to the Kingdom’s sustained growth.
