BRCS organizes a workshop on public speaking skills for humanitarian workers

The Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) organized a training workshop on public speaking and communication to enhance the skills of workers in the humanitarian and relief field.
The objective of this awareness workshop, presented by Ms. Fayza Al- Fursani, a media training specialist, was to develop the participants skills and abilities in public speaking and addressing audiences, to apply effective communication methods with others, to improve the quality of services they provide and enhance their capacity for positive interaction with the public.
The workshop covered various topics such as the importance of public speaking, voice modulation, and body language including visual communication, facial expressions, and hand gestures.
Participants received practical exercises to enhance their communication skills. This workshop is part of the society's ongoing efforts to support and assist those in need and promote awareness about humanitarian and social
issues.
It aims to improve participants; experiences and competencies, contributing to the society's vision of providing support and assistance to the community.
