NBB Opens Registration for Tas’heel Financing Directly Through the Bank with Exclusive Offerings

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced its offer for the eligible beneficiaries of the Tas’heel Social Housing Finance scheme, an initiative by the Government of Bahrain designed to facilitate widespread homeownership for Bahraini citizens. Benefeciaries can now apply for Tas’heel Finance scheme directly through NBB for new Tas’heel financing or top up. The streamlined application process ensures a smooth experience for prospective homeowners.

NBB’s Tas’heel Finance offer provides an accessible path to property ownership without requiring a significant upfront cash investment. The holistic package offers various benefits for the beneficiaries along with exclusive deals. These include competitive interest rates, a special gift for the first 30 applicants, complimentary fire insurance for the financed property, a tenor period of up to 30 years, and an optional period of up to 6 months on repayments.
