BCCIAI Announces Executive Committee for 2024-2025

A new executive committee for an annual term beginning August 1 2024 has been elected at Bahrain Chapter of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India.

CA Vivek Gupta (seated third from left) is the Chairperson and CA Vinit Maroo (seated second from left) Vice-chairperson, with CA Viinod Rathi (seated fourth from left) becoming the Secretary, CA Ankush Malhotra (seated first from left) the Treasurer, CA Sumeet Khopkar (seated fifth from left) Joint Secretary and CA Chintan Sheth (standing first from left) Joint Treasurer.

The committee also includes the CA Abhinav Goel (standing second from left), CA Akhila Madduri (standing third from left), CA Bharti Maheshwari (standing fourth from left), CA Keta Shah (standing fifth from left) and CA Vicki John Walker (standing sixth from left) as Executive Committee members.

The Bahrain Chapter of the ICAI is the largest organized professional body of Indians in Bahrain and has been in existence for more than 25 years with a current membership base of 400+ members.

The chapter is affiliated to the parent body i.e. the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and to Bahrain Accountants Association (BAA) in Bahrain.

Bahrain Chapter of ICAI’s members are employed across all sectors in Bahrain including trading, manufacturing, and service industry occupying key positions starting from administration till top- level decision makers which includes CFOs and CEOs.

A lot of NEW initiatives and enriching programmes are planned for the new term which starts on 1st August 2024 for a period of 12 months.

This is in addition to the existing programs being conducted for the members and their family members, which include (a) Educational Programs, (b) Certification Courses, (c) Sports Activities, (d) Cultural Events and (e) CSR Activities.
