The Westin and Le Méridien City Centre Bahrain are thrilled to welcome Paul Dunphy as Complex General Manager. With an accomplished career in hospitality management, Dunphy brings an extensive experience and a proven track record of operational excellence and success.

Most recently, Dunphy occupied roles with Millennium Hotels and Resorts in Dubai and before that was the Area GM for the Eastern Province based at the Intercontinental Hotel, Al Khobar, before rejoining Marriott International.

With nearly two decades of experience with Marriott International, he is no stranger to the Westin brand. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Assistant Manager at the Westin Dublin Hotel. He then focused on the Sheraton brand in Ireland and the UK before moving to the GCC, where he became General Manager of the Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers.

Paul is highly regarded by his colleagues for his strong strategic mindset, results-oriented approach, and outstanding customer satisfaction skills. Known for his charm, professionalism, and exceptional people skills, he excels at identifying and nurturing talent. His passion for hospitality is evident in his role as a mentor and motivator, consistently bringing out the best in his team.
