The Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) has released its annual financial report, showing that its total revenue for the year ended 31 December 2023 was around 3.9 million dinars, with a surplus of 2.4 million dinars.

For the fiscal year 2023, the reward for the Chamber's Board of Trustees fell by 50% compared to 2022. Last year’s reward was 32,000 dinars, down from 64,000 dinars at the end of 2022.

Salaries, insurance contributions, and end-of-service benefits came to roughly 600,000 dinars, consistent with the previous year's figures.

Administrative expenses for 2023 were capped at 398,000 dinars.

The official gazette also revealed that in 2022, the Chamber's revenue was 1.858 million dinars, with a surplus of 327,630 dinars.

The BCDR was established to provide a solid legal framework for a stable economic environment and operates under the Board of Trustees, which oversees its strategic direction.
