Hilton Bahrain and Alia School Announce Strategic Partnership

Hilton Bahrain and Alia School today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on creating meaningful career development opportunities and community-driven projects for Alia School students.

The MOU was signed by Ryan Dayaday, Director of HR at Hilton Bahrain, and Dr. Sheikha Rania Bint Ali Al Khalifa, President & Director of Alia School, who led the teams in formalizing this collaboration.

Through this partnership, Hilton Bahrain and Alia School will work closely to develop initiatives that will provide students with valuable real-world experience, including: internship programs that allow students to gain hands-on training within Hilton Bahrain's various departments, customized training workshops and opportunities for children with special needs and joint community service projects that engage students in giving back to the local Bahraini community.

The director of Alia National School, Dr. Sheikha Rania Bint Ali Al Khalifa expressed her gratitude to Hilton Bahrain for their initiative in this collaboration which aims to support students in gaining professional and life skills in the field of work and their careers.

The partnership is set to commence soon, with the first student internship program slated to begin immediately.
