ASRY concludes Annual Summer Internship Programme with an Award Ceremony

The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) concluded its summer training programme for university students and graduates where a ceremony was held at the company headquarters in Hidd, in the presence of ASRY’s Support Services General Manager & Human Resources Senior Manager Shaikh. Duaij bin Mohammed Al Khalifa with the group of officials.

The two-month training programme provided the 15 trainees with intensive and integrated training activities prepared by the designated departments according to their academic specialization.

Thus, preparing and enabling them to successfully engage in the labor market in the future.

“Through such initiatives ASRY seeks to support, develop, and empower Bahraini youth with the competencies needed to enable them contribute more effectively to the overall national development process” Shaikh Duaij bin Mohammed Al Khalifa commented, “considering youth a fundamental pillar of the society and a key factor in achieving Bahrain’s sustainable development goals, ASRY keen on investing in Bahraini youth energies”.

“ASRY work diligently to create promising opportunities to embrace and empower young Bahraini cadres who will be actively involved in the advancement of the company’s development process in the future” He added.
