The National and Islamic Committee of NHS' Honours Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) in a Special Event at New Horizon School

New Horizon School hosted a memorable event to honour the life and legacy of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) with a series of thoughtfully planned activities on Wednesday, 11th September 2024. The event was organized by the members of the National and Islamic Committee under Guidance and Counselling Department.
The day was filled with cultural and artistic engagements that led students to reflect on the Prophet’s teachings and contributions to humanity. The staff and students of both Zinj and Suqayya campuses are adorned in the hues of green and white that create a manifestation of divine care.
The event was led by the school Counsellor, Mrs. Fatema Zaid, which commenced with a special assembly attended by students and teachers. A representative from the National and Islamic Committee delivered a speech based on the life of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH). Following the assembly, a live Art session took place, where students expressed their admiration for the Prophet through paintings and sketches. The event concluded with an Art exhibition.
A short film on the life of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) was screened for all the grades. As a part of this occasion, students also visited the Mosque to seek blessings.
The New Horizon School event fostered a deeper understanding and love for Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) among students, leaving a lasting impression on everyone's hearts who witnessed this grand event.
