The Art Hotel & Resort expands Eco-Friendly Amenities with Porsche EV Charging Station

In alignment with Bahrain’s Vision 2030, The Art Hotel & Resort announced the installation of a new electric vehicle (EV) charging station, underscoring its commitment to sustainable hospitality.

In collaboration with Porsche, a leading innovator in the automotive industry, The Art Hotel & Resort proudly introduces this cutting-edge EV charging station.

The first vehicle to benefit from the facility was the latest Porsche Taycan model, symbolizing a key milestone in the resort’s sustainability initiatives. “We are excited to support this forward-thinking project,” said Timothy Price, General Manager of Porsche Bahrain.

Located conveniently in the hotel’s parking area, the new charging station is available at no cost for use by guests staying at the resort or those visiting for dining and leisure. “Sustainability is at the heart of our operations at The Art Hotel & Resort,” stated Ramez Nemah, General Manager of The Art Hotel & Resort.

The high-powered charging station can fully recharge most electric vehicle models within 4-6 hours, providing ample time for guests to enjoy the resort’s wide array of amenities, from fine dining to relaxing by the pool.

“This initiative is a testament to how technology can be leveraged to support environmental sustainability,” added Mr.Zaher El Kassir, Resident Manager at the Art Hotel&Resort .
