BIS celebrates Dussehra with cultural activities and festivities

Bhavans-Bahrain Indian School (BIS) celebrated Dussehra with a vibrant array of activities that engaged students across all grades, fostering cultural appreciation and community spirit.
The festivities began with a special assembly by Kindergarten students, featuring a lively dance and a skit that conveyed the festival’s message of good triumphing over evil, setting a joyful tone for the day.
Grades 1 and 2 participated in activities promoting teamwork and creativity, while Grades 3 and 4 decorated diyas, symbolizing light and hope.
Students from Grades 5 to 8 made Diwali cards, showcasing their creativity and festive cheer.
High school students (Grades 9-12) crafted bookmarks, reinforcing the themes of knowledge and enlightenment.
Directors Mr. Himanshu Verma and Mrs. Ritu Verma praised the efforts of the students and staff.
Principal Mr. Saji Jacob extended warm wishes, emphasizing the festival's significance and values.
