The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” inaugurated yesterday Bahrain's pavilion at GITEX Global in partnership with the Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).

GITEX creates opportunities to connect with new customers, establish regional and international partnerships, enter new markets, and engage with leading tech experts and representatives from global technology companies. Commenting, Ms. Maha Abdulhameed Mofeez, Chief Executive of Tamkeen emphasized the Fund’s dedication to supporting Bahraini enterprises in the ICT sector due to the vital role it plays in national economy.
She stated: “Tamkeen supports the Kingdom’s Pavilion at GITEX annually with the aim of helping Bahraini enterprises unlock opportunities, access new customers, connect with potential partners and investors, and share expertise with global specialists.
This enhances their ability to expand, grow, explore new markets, and secure business deals that strengthen their sustainability and development. The positive effects on the local market include creating new job opportunities for Bahraini talent, boosting productivity, and increasing their contribution to the national economy."
