Zain Bahrain announced that it has been awarded the prestigious “Employer of the Year Award in the Private Sector” at the recent 12th Annual GCC GOV HR & Youth Summit and Awards, which took place on 9th and 10th October.

This accolade recognizes organizations that excel in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development, underscoring Zain Bahrain’s unwavering commitment to creating an inclusive and empowering environment for its team.

Zain Bahrain has been recognized for its exemplary workplace practices before. In 2022, the telco also received the GCC GOV HR and Youth Award for Organization of the Year for Youth Empowerment, reinforcing its position as a frontrunner in employee engagement and development within the private sector.
