The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) recently welcomed a group of participants from the "Takween" Field Training Program, launched by the Ministry of Education. This initiative seeks to promote professional integration by offering students a chance to experience the future work environment and develop key skills during their hands-on training.
In collaboration with this initiative, ASRY will offer a comprehensive introductory program for 56 students, featuring lectures, training sessions, specialized workshops, and guided tours of the company’s facilities. This program will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the shipbuilding and repair processes, starting from the initial design stages and progressing to advanced maintenance operations.
Ahmed Buali, Acting Director of the ASRY Human Resourses Division, highlighted the importance of supporting these initiatives, which play a crucial role in fostering cooperation between the industrial and educational sectors in the Kingdom. He further emphasized that ASRY is committed to continuously providing an exceptional training environment for youth, helping to prepare and equip them to enter the workforce as key contributors to advancing the Kingdom’s growth and development.
