Myriad bookings for Gulf Air’s new Pak services
Ahead of Gulf Air’s Multan and Faisalabad services launch this month, it has received advance bookings for both routes’ first three months of operation with 5,000 advance ticket take-up.
Gulf Air, the Kingdom’s national carrier, will operate four weekly direct flights to Multan starting on December 14 and three weekly direct flights to Faisalabad starting from 22 December.
Commenting on the advance bookings to these Pakistan cities, Gulf Air A/Chief Commercial Officer Ahmed Janahi said: “We are delighted with the interest that these two new routes have garnered in advance of their launch later this month. We are pleased to serve the Pakistan market with the addition of Multan and Faisalabad.”
Taking the airline’s total Pakistan destinations up to seven, Multan and Faisalabad will supplement Gulf Air’s current service to five cities in Pakistan: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, Peshawar and Sialkot. Gulf Air flights to Multan and Faisalabad will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft.
Flights can be booked online at gulfair.com, by calling the airline’s 24 hour Worldwide Contact Centre on (+973) 17373737, or through any Gulf Air sales offices and approved travel agencies.
