Since 2017, MERIT has been providing a unique forum for HR and Learning & Development directors of international companies from different industries and executive education leaders to recognize achievements and elevate organizational, leadership and people development, and elevate the state of corporate learning “The MERITS” have been designed to award impactful transformational initiatives. Zain’s IDEU program was designed to provide an immersive, interactive, and engaging learning experience that aligns with the demands of contemporary digital landscape. It serves as a route for 2,000 Zain professionals to enhance their skills and evolve into the innovators and leaders in digital transformation that their departments require.
