Zain Group, a leading provider of innovative technologies and digital lifestyle communications operating in eight markets across the Middle East and Africa, has been awarded the “Best People Development” program for its Inclusion, Diversity & Equity University (IDEU) initiative in partnership with Spain’s IE University at the annual Merit Summit Awards recently held in Dubai.
Since 2017, MERIT has been providing a unique forum for HR and Learning & Development directors of international companies from different industries and executive education leaders to recognize achievements and elevate organizational, leadership and people development, and elevate the state of corporate learning “The MERITS” have been designed to award impactful transformational initiatives. Zain’s IDEU program was designed to provide an immersive, interactive, and engaging learning experience that aligns with the demands of contemporary digital landscape. It serves as a route for 2,000 Zain professionals to enhance their skills and evolve into the innovators and leaders in digital transformation that their departments require. Their goal is not merely to address the existing challenges but to excel in the face of both the known and unforeseen obstacles in our present and future business environments.
