Tamkeen backs wage increments at Amakin for over 40 employees

The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) announced its support for the wage increment for more than 40 Bahraini employees at the Bahrain Car Parks Company (Amakin) through the "Wage Increment" programme, which aims to promote the career development of Bahraini professionals working in the private sector. Additionally, several employees have benefited from other support initiatives, such as the National Employment Programme, the Leadership Employment Programme, and the Training Support Programme. Khalid Al-Bayat, Chief Growth Officer at Tamkeen commented: “Amakin is a leading company in providing parking services, contributing to the services and tourism sectors in the Kingdom. By working together, we look forward to the company achieving its growth plans and employee development plans in the future.”

Mr. Tariq Ali Aljowder, CEO of Bahrain Car Parks Company (Amakin), expressed his appreciation for Tamkeen's support, stating: "We are dedicated to developing our employees' skills by offering them the necessary training, which will help foster leadership qualities capable of enhancing the company's services in line with our expansion plans for the upcoming period."

Bahrain Car Parks Company (Amakin) was established in 1981 as a Bahraini public jointstock company specializing in parking management.
