Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company (BCFC) announced its successful migration to the newest edition of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Certification Version 4.0, a globally recognized accreditation for card data security and electronic payments. This achievement reflects BCFC’s dedication to implementing the highest cybersecurity standards, safeguarding sensitive cardholder data, and ensuring compliance with the latest requirements for secure payment methods and procedures.
The PCI DSS 4.0 Certification is a testament to BCFC’s commitment to adopting advanced security controls that bolster data protection, enhance risk management frameworks, and improve continuous security monitoring. It emphasizes BCFC’s committed efforts to deliver secure and reliable financial services while adapting to the evolving demands of the payment security landscape.
