BCCI delegation visits LuLu Hypermarket Hyderabad

LuLu Hypermarket Hyderabad hosted a high-profile delegation from the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI), led by Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Gaoud, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of India, and accompanied by Mohamed Alkoheji, Second Vice Chairman of BCCI. The delegation was joined by Thummala Nageshwara Rao, Minister of Agriculture of Telangana, to discuss opportunities for strengthening trade relations between India and Bahrain, focusing on imports and exports.
The discussions revolved around exploring synergies in the trade of agricultural products, processed foods, textiles, and other goods. Thummala Nageshwara Rao highlighted Telangana’s rich resources and its potential to contribute significantly to global trade, positioning the state as a key hub for quality products.
Speaking on the occasion, Al Gaoud emphasized the importance of fostering bilateral trade partnerships, expressing Bahrain’s commitment to leveraging India’s vast production capabilities. Mohamed Alkoheji stated, “Bahrain and India share a long history of strong trade relations, and platforms like LuLu Hypermarket are vital in connecting local producers with international markets.”
LuLu Hypermarket provided an ideal setting for the dialogue, showcasing its pivotal role in bridging global and local markets. The Bahrain delegation toured the hypermarket, gaining insights into its diverse product offerings, efficient retail operations, and logistics expertise.
The visit concluded with a reaffirmation of commitment from both sides to enhance trade relations and contribute to the economic growth of both nations.
