BisB signs deals with Real Estate Developers at Social Housing Innovation Conference 2025

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced its platinum sponsorship and participation in the Innovation Summit & Exhibition 2025 for Social Housing under the theme “Towards Innovative and Sustainable Housing Solutions.” The event, held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, and Prime Minister, will take place from April 23 to 25 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre. It is organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Eskan Bank.

During its participation in the Innovation Summit & Exhibition 2025 for Social Housing, BisB will offer a range of exclusive financing packages that include all housing programs and initiatives such as Mazaya Program, the new category of Mazaya, Tasheel Aqari, Tasheel Plus, and others. The bank will provide applicants for mortgage financing with a grace period of up to 6 months, payment of electricity and water bills for a full year, free fiber internet service for a full year, free fire insurance, and free life insurance, along with exemption from administrative fees.

On the sidelines of its participation in this unique event for the social housing sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the bank signed several agreements with a group of real estate developers, including: Naseej B.S.C., Effect Real Estate, Manazel realstate, Al Namal Group of Companies and VKL Holdings, Kp realstate, Bareeq Al Retaj Real Estate, House me, Union Real Estate, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Delmon Gate, and Orchid Developers.

The event will feature the exchange of experiences and discussions, with participation from senior officials from the public and private sectors, both locally and internationally, as well as a select group of specialists in this field from around the world.
