Volkswagen Bahrain names selfie competition winner

Volkswagen Bahrain has announced the winner of the Volkswagen Selfie Competition that has been running for the past month through its social media. 

Ali Atak, 51 years old, from Turkey who lives in the Kingdom, was picked from many entries to the Volkswagen Selfie competition as having the most creative selfie and comment. Ali was presented with a Volkswagen Service and Accessories voucher worth US$1000 at the Volkswagen showroom in Sitra. 

Present for the prize giving ceremony were Felix Miranda, Brand Manager and  Paul Close, Service Manager, Volkswagen Bahrain.

Felix Miranda, Brand Manager, Volkswagen Bahrain said: “The aim of this competition, was to engage our Volkswagen customers with a fun activity. We are very happy with the response and engagement the competition had achieved.”  

The winner of the Volkswagen Selfie competition, Ali Atak, said: “I have always been a fan of Volkswagen and its models. I had owned a blue beetle in the past and now I own a Touareg as it is more tailored to my family needs. As soon as I saw the competition, I have taken a selfie with my family posed in front of the car. I’m so excited to have won this competition and would like to thank Volkswagen Bahrain for this amazing prize!”

The Volkswagen Selfie competition has been launched the previous month for the period of one month.
