Jobs for 5,000 young Saudis by year-end

The Ministry of Labour plans to train and find jobs for 5,000 young Saudis by the year-end, in a special project with several training and labour bodies.

Labour Minister Adel Fakeih is taking the initiative in collaboration with the Battarjee education and Training Academy (BETA), Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

The project will be launched on April 28.

Executive director of the national initiative Najwa Salem thanked the labour minister for working hard to achieve Saudisation in the country, which is vital because 99 per cent of skilled JOBS IN the private sector are occupied by expatriates.
