Alba beats ind. benchmark of 5pc training hours
Aluminium Bahrain BSC (Alba) announced it have achieved above the industry benchmark of 5 per cent training hours of the total man hours in 2015.
The company has achieved this figure successfully for three years in a row, thus reiterating its commitment towards employee training and development.
Alba’s CEO Tim Murray further said: “We believe that there is nothing more valuable than education. As a corporate citizen proud of its Bahraini roots, Alba wants to ensure that our company is a unique and excellent place for our employees to work, and in line with the same, we remain committed towards strengthening our learning culture and developing our workforce.”
Alba’s Chief Executive Officer Tim Murray paid a recent visit to the company’s Training Department, accompanied by Manager Training Rawdha Al Aradi.
Alba’s Training Department conducts various training courses with the aim of improving employees’ technical and leadership skills to maintain Alba’s position as a leader in the aluminium industry.
